When a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect prior to the opening of our centers, or while a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, all medical centers under Human Health medical group (including general practice, specialist, dental, imaging, and endoscopy centers) will suspend service during the period when Signal No. 8 or above is in force.

When the Observatory announces the cancellation of Black Rainstorm Warning or Signal No. 8, if there are more than 2 hours remaining before the center's closing time, center services will resume as soon as possible within 2 hours (operating hours may be further adjusted depending on actual circumstances). For details regarding the resumption of service at each center, please inquire via the following methods:

Clients who have made appointments for other services are advised to remain in a safe place and do not need to head to the center. The center will contact scheduled clients to make arrangements once operations resume. For further details, please contact the respective medical center directly.
