In view of the recent formal notification received from Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) Limited, Human Health Medical hereby issues the following important notice to the general public and our clients.

Due to MSD's decision to suspend, starting from January 2026, the eZTracker source tracking service provided via the QR code on the packaging box of Gardasil 9 vaccine (commonly known as the "HPV vaccine" or "9-valent vaccine"), the QR codes on the packaging of existing inventory vaccines will all become invalid. When members of the public scan the QR code with their mobile phones, a message such as "Service Terminated" or a similar prompt will be displayed.

This adjustment is completely unrelated to the quality, safety, or efficacy of the vaccine itself. There have been no changes to the vaccine product or any quality issues. At present, MSD has not yet announced specific details regarding new packaging or alternative solutions.

In response to this matter, our group has immediately activated internal monitoring procedures for follow-up and will continue to closely monitor MSD's subsequent arrangements.
