Human Health Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, stock code: 1419.HK) has recently noted certain media outlets and online platforms in mainland China have published false reports claiming that the Company has entered into a partnership with “正華(香港)康養股份有限公司” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Zheng Hua Healthcare’ as no official English name is available) involving capital investment or business alliances. To safeguard market order and the interests of investors, the Company hereby issues the following solemn statement regarding these matters:

1. All content mentioned in the media reports is fabricated and has no connection with the Company. The Company has never had any contact with Zheng Hua Healthcare.
2. The aforementioned false reports and unauthorized promotional activities using the Company’s name have seriously misled the public, disrupted market order, and damaged the Company’s reputation and the interests of its investors. The Company strongly condemns such irresponsible media reports and any unauthorized use of the Company’s name, and reserves the right to pursue legal action against the responsible parties through all available means, including but not limited to civil and criminal legal actions.
3. The Company solemnly reminds the public and investors to remain vigilant and to neither believe nor participate in any activities of Zheng Hua Healthcare that claim association with the Company, nor forward unverified information, so as to avoid unnecessary financial losses. If any instances of misuse of the Company’s name or dissemination of false information are discovered, please report them promptly to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
