We are delighted to announce that three doctors of Human Health Medical Group—Dr. Chok, and the absent Dr. Lee and Dr. Lai—were awarded Certificates of Appreciation at the World Family Doctor Day Symposium, co-organized by the Primary Healthcare Commission under the Health Bureau and The Hong Kong College of Family Physicians on May 17, 2025. This award recognizes their outstanding contributions to the "Chronic Disease Co-Care Pilot Scheme," as well as his proactive efforts in promoting chronic disease prevention and management in the community and his exceptional support to primary healthcare.
